How do I use the AI photo editor?

Select a photo from your library or take a new one, choose your desired style or background, and let our AI transform your image instantly. Results are saved to your device.

What image formats are supported?

Pocket Studio supports JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, use high-resolution images with clear subjects.

How do credits work?

Each AI generation uses credits. You receive free credits to start, and can purchase more through in-app purchases. Credits don't expire.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes! Go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases and sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely. Images are encrypted during upload and processing. We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account at the bottom of the screen. This permanently deletes all your data including images, history, and credits. This action cannot be undone.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are managed by Apple. Visit your App Store purchase history or contact Apple Support to request a refund. We cannot issue refunds directly.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, try restarting the app and your device. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If issues persist, email us at contact@secretcode.ro with details about the problem and your device model.
