Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, process, or generate content that:

🚫 Illegal Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depictions of minors

• Content depicting or facilitating terrorism, human trafficking, or violent extremism

• Content violating export control, sanctions, or other laws

🚫 Harmful or Exploitative Content

• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or "revenge porn"

• Realistic deepfakes or impersonations of real individuals without consent and clear labeling

• Content intended to harass, bully, dox, or threaten individuals

• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)

• Extreme violence, gore, or self-harm promotion

🚫 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Images you don't own or have permission to use

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, or likenesses

• Celebrity or public figure images without rights or legitimate fair use

🚫 Deceptive or Misleading Content

• Medical, financial, or legal advice presented as factual when AI-generated

• Synthetic images passed off as real to deceive or defraud (e.g., fake IDs, fake evidence)

• Disinformation campaigns or manipulated media intended to mislead

🚫 Privacy Violations

• Biometric data (faces, fingerprints) processed without consent

• Images of private individuals in private settings without consent

• Attempts to re-identify anonymized individuals

2. Prohibited Behaviors

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or content filters

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the service

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

3. Rules for Realistic Depictions of Real People

If you edit or generate realistic images of real individuals:

✅ Obtain consent from the person depicted (or their legal guardian if a minor)

✅ Label clearly that the image is AI-edited or synthetic

❌ Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, defamatory content, or impersonations for fraud

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Rate Limits and Automation

• Normal use only. Do not use scripts, bots, or automation to flood the service.

• We may impose rate limits to prevent abuse. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

5. Consequences of Violations

Depending on severity, we may:

1. Remove content immediately

2. Restrict features or impose rate limits

3. Suspend or terminate access

4. Report to law enforcement or child safety organizations (e.g., NCMEC for CSAM)

5. Cooperate with legal requests (subpoenas, court orders)

Zero tolerance for: CSAM, NCII, terrorism, human trafficking, extreme violence.

6. Reporting Violations

How to Report

Email contact@secretcode.ro with:

• Description of the violation

• Evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)

• Your contact information

Our Response

• Acknowledgment: Within 1 business day

• Investigation: Within 5 business days

• Action: Remove violating content, notify reporter (if appropriate), and take enforcement action

False Reports: Intentionally false or malicious reports may result in restrictions.

7. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

Outputs may be synthetic, may contain artifacts, and users are responsible for how they use generated content.

You must:

• Obtain necessary rights and consents for input images

• Review AI outputs before use

• Comply with all applicable laws

• Not create deceptive content (e.g., deepfakes) without clear labeling and consent

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance.
